A place for learning cool stuff
« on: November 15, 2005, 08:45:56 AM »
Welcome!

I'm glad that you found your way here.  If you are in my programming class, you definitely belong to this forum.  I hope everyone can participate and share ideas here.  You are encouraged to ask questions, discuss C++ topics with classmates or other programmers; lets talk about everything that can make learning C++ more fun!

Please be polite and friendly.  Since this site is viewed by users from other regions, please keep all your posts in English.

Thanks for the cooperation, and let's all enjoy!

I will also be reading posts and will try to answer C/C++ questions that come along.  I look forward to the conversations.

Meet a professional programmer
« Reply #2 on: November 16, 2005, 03:10:26 PM »
I want everyone to 'meet' Jason Winnebeck, an accomplished game developer with a solid experience in C++.  Check out his impressive resume at http://www.gillius.org/resume.htm

Let's be thankful to Jason for providing the section in this forum for our discussion space.  Those among you aiming for a career in game programming will be most excited about this opportunity.

Also please explore the site at http://www.gillius.org to find other useful tools.  Particularly interesting are the software projects that even come with documentation and course materials.
