Miguel, this section is for specific programming questions, and for that matter, the whole forum is about programming discussions.
If what you need is some tutorial on PHP or mySQL you could simple do a Goggle search with the keywords: PHP, mySQL tutorial.
There's a reason why information on the web needs to be sorted out this way - we dont want it to end up like some endless pile of junk.
